Shipping information

Returns & exchanges
At Em's Endless Creations, items are sold as is. I only provide refunds if the fault is on my end or if the order is not in process already. If you need to exchange or modify an order, we will be able to modify it as long as the order is not already in process, but this may take longer depending on the adjustment. Please contact us as soon as possible at emmylouuxo@gmail.com or 502-821-0468 if you have any concerns about your order.
Shipping destinations
Currently, Em's Endless Creations ships only within the United States. We are planning to expand to international shipping in the future. Please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on when international shipping becomes available.
